The LOO19-4-2 occurrence is located approximately 2 kilometres west-southwest of Mount Carruthers, 8 kilometres north of the Omineca rivers, and about 31 kilometres east-northeast of the community of Bear Lake.

The showing is underlain by Permian red chert interbedded with brown mudstone of the Asitka Group, which represents a basement domain to the Stikine terrane. Mineralization is observed as malachite alteration and possibly disseminated tetrahedrite hosted in a 5-centimetre-wide quartz vein cutting red chert. A grab sample yielded assay results of 1750 parts per million copper, less than 2 parts per billion gold, and 0.4 parts per million silver (Sample LOO19-4-2, Fieldwork 2019 pp. 25-47).

The showing was mapped by the BC Geological Survey during a regional bedrock mapping program in the Hogem batholith and surrounding areas in 2019.
